Returns & Refunds

Our approach

We want you to feel confident with every Tattva purchase. Because our products are natural crystals, handcrafted yantras, and energetically handled tools, our returns policy balances care for the product with fairness to you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Wrong item received

If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Change of mind

Because crystals and spiritual tools are personal energy items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened or used. If you have concerns before opening, message us within 7 days — we'll review your case individually.

Quality concerns

Every item is inspected before dispatch. If you believe a product has a genuine quality defect (not natural variation in stone colour or pattern), contact us with photos. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

How to initiate a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91-63863-66605 with your order details.
  2. Share clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps within 1–2 business days.
  4. If a return pickup is needed, we'll arrange it through our courier partner.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the same UPI or bank account used for the original payment. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank.

Replacements

Where stock allows, many customers prefer a replacement over a refund — especially for crystals where each piece is unique. We'll show you available alternatives on WhatsApp if an exact match isn't possible.

Workshops & courses

Workshop and course bookings have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of enrolment. Contact us on WhatsApp for workshop-specific refund requests.
