Tattva is a curated storefront for crystals, yantras, tarot decks, and related spiritual wellness products. The Website allows you to browse our catalog and initiate orders via WhatsApp. We do not process payments or checkout on the Website itself — all orders are confirmed, paid for, and fulfilled through direct communication on WhatsApp.

3. Product information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Natural crystals and handcrafted items may vary slightly in colour, size, and pattern from photographs. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed on WhatsApp.

4. Placing an order

To place an order:

1. Browse products on the Website and tap "Connect on WhatsApp" on any item.
2. Share your product selection, quantity, and delivery address in the chat.
3. We confirm availability, total price (including shipping), and payment method.
4. Once payment is received and confirmed, your order is processed for dispatch.

An order is only confirmed after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp and receive payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted will be communicated on WhatsApp (typically UPI, bank transfer, or other methods we support). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping
